When the relay is magnetically maintained, it is shown to be a reset position.
"1" and "16" end excitation relay will move

Note: (1) there is no dimension tolerance for the shape and size of the product. When the shape size is 1mm, the tolerance is + 0.2mm; when the shape size is between (1~5) mm, the tolerance is + 0.3mm; when the shape size is >5mm, the tolerance is + 0.4mm;
(2) the dimension tolerance in the size of the installation hole is + 0.1mm;
The grid width is 2.54mm.
Precautions: (1) the product is highly sensitive polarized relay. If the voltage polarity at both ends of the coil is not correct, the relay will not act.
(2) avoid using this relay in strong magnetic field. Strong magnetic field will cause changes in relay operation and release.
(3) the state of the magnetic maintenance relay is returned to the factory, but it may become an action state because of the impact of shock and other factors during the installation of the relay or relay, so when used (when the power is connected), please reset it to the state of return or action according to the need.
(4) the application of rated voltage to the coil is the basis for normal operation of the relay. Please confirm that the voltage applied to the coil of the relay reaches the rated voltage before use. For the magnetic maintenance relay, in order to ensure its action or return, the pulse width of the rated voltage applied to the coil must be more than 5 times that of the action or return time.
(5) for magnetic double coil relay, do not apply voltage to action coil and return coil simultaneously.
(6) the relay may be damaged when it falls or exceeds the impact condition.
(7) when the relay is loaded into the PCB plate welding, if the overall cleaning or surface treatment is required, please contact our department in order to agree on suitable welding conditions and suitable product specifications.
(8) for the plastic sealing products, after the welding is completed, the relay should be cooled naturally to less than 40 C, and then the cleaning and surface treatment should be carried out. The temperature of the cleaning solution and the surface treatment agent should be controlled below 40 C. When cleaning, avoid ultrasonic cleaning, avoid using gasoline, three chloroethane, freon, etc., which will have influence on the structure and environment of the relay.
